The terms "product" and "item" used herein interchangeably refer to sex dolls and any other products purchased from our website. It is imperative for buyers to comprehend this policy thoroughly and ensure adherence to all outlined criteria before initiating the physical return of any items. SECTION 2 - Cancellations

  1. Custom Doll Orders: Orders for customized dolls are non-refundable once payment is received. Clients have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel such orders, albeit subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

  2. Ready-To-Ship or In Stock Doll Orders: Orders for ready-to-ship or in-stock dolls cannot be cancelled once placed. The order will be processed promptly upon confirmation of payment.

SECTION 3 - Time Limit and Terms of Return

  1. General Return Policy: Due to hygiene regulations, sex dolls cannot be returned once received. Clients are advised to inspect the doll for defects immediately upon receipt. Any defects should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for defective or damaged dolls resulting from manufacturing or shipping errors. Manufacturing defects refer to significant deviations from design specifications during production.

  3. Exclusions: Minor imperfections, variations in skin color, makeup, and detachable items like eyelashes and fingernails are not considered manufacturing defects. These features are inherent in handcrafted dolls and are not eligible for return or refund.

SECTION 4 - Limitations

  1. Customer Responsibility: Customers must report any issues to our support team before using the doll. Once used, items cannot be replaced or refunded due to hygiene regulations.

  2. Exclusions: Skin imperfections, loose nails, makeup variations, and detached eyelashes are normal characteristics of handcrafted dolls and are not covered under our return policy.

  1. Return Authorization: Prior authorization is required before returning any items. Please contact us to obtain the correct return address.
